Muslim 786

You must be one of the PC Liberal Muslims ... to be so easily offended. Either that, or you didn't read the post and just looked at the pictures.

Though it is true that not all Muslims are radicals, the ones that flew two passenger jets into the World Trade Center were; the ones who bombed the USS Cole were; the ones who bombed the marine barracks in Lebanon were; the ones involved in the first failed attempt on the World Trade Center were; and the ones involved in the various terror plots that have been uncovered and stopped were.

And ... if you defend and support those actions ... so are you.

That is the problem I have with you moderate Muslims who, instead of taking a stand against this so-called usurping of your true religion, sit back and decry the prejudice and unfairness of Americans who, like me who are angered and who warn against the danger these radical Muslims pose to the Western world.

Look pal ... if you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.

Nobody hears of the American lives lost defending Muslims in Bosnia, Chechnya, Somalia, Afghanistan, and yes, even in Iraq. If radical Christians blew up some big Mosque in Saudi Arabia and murdered 3,000 Saudis, I would equally denounce that action and, if possible, help being about their capture and punishment. I don't hear too many moderate Muslims (outside of Iraq ands Afghanistan)making this same statement.

So if it offends you when I call radical Muslims radical Muslims ... so be it. I am sure it would equally offend radical Christians when I call them radical Christians as well.

First of all the title: RADICAL islam. I am REALLY offended by this, how can you say Islam is radical when you don't even know the full story.
When you talk about Muslim terrorists, you think ALL muslims are like that, well thats not true. These terrorists have got it all wrong, when you blow up your self that is killing yourself isn't it? Well in Islam you are strictly NOT ALLOWED to kill yourself. So how can these people be the same as the normal Muslim people that are being punished because of what these people have done.
So, in the future, before you start posting these articles, you need to get your facts straght watch the pictures you put in the articles, and make sure your not offending anyone, like you did this time.

I'm not sure where you got the "surahs" from, that you quote herein. I'm a european muslim, and never have I picked up a "Ku-ran" that states that we should kill; and suicide is a HUGE sin in our religion (no excuse for suicide). There are times where the Ku-ran says that it is okay to kill. when its eye-for-an-eye. For example if one killed my father it would be okay for me to kill their father; however, if I find forgivness for that individual then Allah will appreciate me more.
The hate will never stop if people continue to go back and forth discussing these subjects, because it creates more hate and violence; therefore, not making any of us better then those who do the evil.
I'm not certain why the "radical muslims" do what they do, they obviously use the religion as an excuse, but the thing is as soon as you say "muslim" it does not matter what comes before or after people are going to get upset. It is human-nature because the Jews and Christians would too.
If you desire you write and article always know more than your audience and defenatly always understand what you are talking about.

Before you get into the discussion on theocracy, it would be prudent to have an understanding on the reasons for any action under a religious authority (God) rather than simply saying you personally disagree with certain actions.

All such talk by persons who are not knowledgeable is such matters are somewhat irrelevant.

First, you need to talk about Proof of God i.e. can your religion rationally or scientifically put forward the concept of God or are you just 'faithful' with no great reason or because your following your ancestors tradition and therefore not through knowledge as God demands. Or are you following the trends of your society (democracy), and dismissing that religion has an unavoidable part in public life

Second, are the scriptures still in the form as it was revealed from God or has the Torah, Gospel, Koran & Hadith been convoluted by men?

It is worth noting here that although most have mainly tried to show the difference between them, all the major religions mentioned actually speak of a successive revelation & prophet. Obviously, this does not apply where God has stated that his favour to mankind is now complete.

e.g.

Gospel of John chapter 16 verse 7:
"Nevertheless I tell you the truth; it is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not
come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you".
"Ahmed" or "Muhammad" meaning "the one who praises" or "the praised one" is almost the translation of the
Greek word Periclytos. In the Gospel of John 14:16, 15:26, and 16:7. The word 'Comforter' is used in the English translation for the Greek word Paracletos which means advocate or a kind friend rather than a comforter.
Paracletos is the warped reading for Periclytos. Jesus (pbuh) actually prophesised Ahmed by name. Even the
Greek word Paraclete refers to the Prophet (pbuh) who is a mercy for all creatures.
Some Christians say that the Comforter mentioned in these prophecies refers to the Holy Sprit. They fail to realise
that the prophecy clearly says that only if Jesus (pbuh) departs will the Comforter come. The Bible states that the
Holy Spirit was already present on earth before and during the time of Jesus (pbuh), in the womb of Elizabeth, and again when Jesus (pbuh) was being baptised, etc. Hence this prophecy refers to none other than Prophet
Muhammad (pbuh).
Gospel of John chapter 16 verse 12-14:

"I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth is
come, he will guide you unto all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me".

The Sprit of Truth, spoken about in this prophecy referes to none other than Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

All quotations of the Bible are taken from the King James Version

Regardless of how the common man is or is not submitting to the will of God, it is not sufficient just to say they are in error and then to dismiss the practice of that religion. You need to stick to the revelations and agreed practices of the Prophets.

This article does not supply any evidence based on revelation (i.e. the direct word of God) nor from the agreed sayings of the Prophets (i.e. Hadith, Gospels as According to the Disciples) so it should only be taken as incomplete views of the author.

Obviously, the author is still in a position to influence a lay reader and thus should be held accountable by readers to provide evidence.

It goes without saying that God will also hold us accountable for all our action.

You asked

"Left-wing, secular-progressive liberals like to argue that both radical Islam and conservative Christianity seek to impose a theocracy on the free West. Well, they are only half right. The radical Islamists are absolutely dedicated toward this goal."

So are the christist right wing nut jobs.

Well as an active member in our armed forces, and a secular NON-CHRISTIST, I find alot of christists trying to infiltrate the US Govt and military to spread their diseased beliefs in christism. Just check out the Military Religious Freedom Foundation and the lawsuits they're in right now to keep Dominionists out of the military and the Govt.

There's also a good site here that points out the christist desire to eliminate the Constitution and replace it with the bible.
http://www.jewsonfirst.org/dominionism.html

Now, don't get me wrong, I fucking hate islam. I've been to the middle east and delt with them first hand. The only way to 'negotiate' with them is with a gun, preferably while the barrel is still hot after unloading a magazine in them.

But the fundy christists in the US want to do the same here. Just with less violence (untill they run things and can get away with burning folks at the stake.) Religion is for morons and small minded idiots. It should be banned the world over. Only then will humanity have peace.
